In BDD2007 it was very easy to debug the deployment process by enabling a CMD in WinPE and running osdshell if encountered a problem However, i can't seem to find this option in SCCM\MDT. The closest thing that i've found was the TsBootShell.exe which seems to start the Deployment again (While in CMD in WinPE) but then failes for strange reasons (Like, don't been able to wipe C: for the Image process) What is the best way to Restart the deployment from the CMD in Both LTI\ZTI ? Thanks

Execute "winpeshl.exe" from a command prompt while in your WinPE 2.0 session for SCCM 2007 * SCCM WinPE boot disk must have "Command After the Task Sequencer wizard fails, you can either use your existing command prompt (or open one by hitting the F8 key). Then just click "Cancel" for the SCCM Task Sequencer wizard and "Yes" to close/quit. Then re-launch using the "winpeshl.exe" command. This will save you time from having to do a full reboot into WinPE 2.0 when you are troubleshooting OSD client problems from within WinPE. A colleague came across this last week, I guess Winpeinit from BDD2007 went the way of the dodo.
