Hello,

I'm using MDT 2008 U1 to build a master of Windows 2003 SP2 R2 Standard French.

I have a problem during sysprep, the system not responding until i move the mouse !
I tried many KB but they are for XP and couldn't use them for 2003:

I'm note sure if system hangs during sysprep.exe or in the loop in the Script LTISysprep.wsf :

Do While oExec.Status = 0
WScript.Sleep 2000
On Error Resume Next
oShell.AppActivate "Sysprep"
oShell.SendKeys "{HOME}"
On Error Goto 0
Loop

Has anyone else run into this problem ?

I ran into this problem on lenovo laptops with windows XP SP2 and windows XP SP3.   I have started a task sequence off, left for the day.  When I get back to my desk the next day Its stuck on sysprep. I then wiggle the mouse.  It finishes then creates a WIM.  I have got round it now cause it was doing my head in. 

In the sysprep.inf  change BuildMassStorgeSection to no.

[Sysprep]
   BuildMassStorageSection = No

This then ends sysprep straight away.
