I am using the database installation with the LTI method of deployment and most of our pc's are all the same basic setup, viewers and a few 3rd party apps that we use.  But we have some that don't get some of the 3rd party apps and viewers.

I have been trying to setup an install that will let us do this.  I have set up the makemodel deployment to install software and drivers that are model dependent.  What I need to do is set up roles to deploy software that is not based on the model.  How do I setup the database so that if a computer is not assigned a role it will be assigned a default role?  I would prefer to just add the oddball pc's to the computer table and assign them a role from there and everthing else is given the default role.

Any suggestions

Thanks

Dan
