Hi, Just noticed i write most of the Question in this Forum  :)

Anyway, My inqery now is to find out if someone knows how to Remove the "Reboot now" request at the end of XP Installation ?

 I think something like this needs to be added to you customsettings.ini

SkipFinalSummary=YES

And you could add your own reboot task to your task sequence. This will then reboot the machine and bring your user to the login screen.

Unfortunatly, this command removes only the Conclusion screen at the End
And during ZTI, all Reboot requests are ignored

add a cmd line reboot task

 

C:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe -r -t 5 - c "Rebooting"

Unfortunatly, That didn't worked
Again, It's not a trivial issue to make a Reboot Task during ZTI due to the fact that these are canceled by Default

Tried the Shutdown -r -t 00 commmand
Tried the Reboot Task

None Worked

Can you try that task after the Restore Groups Task or make sure its the very last task you have.
