Each time I visit this web site I have to provide my credentials. No biggie but if the "Remember Login"  check box on the login page does nothing, why keep it?

Yeah, I ditto this post.  It's not a BIG deal, but it would be nice if it remembered your password.  I always get mine wrong on the first attempt.

All,

This is an issue with ASP.NET. You can read more about the issue at the DotNetNuke Web site in Cathal Connolly's blog. There are hacks that allow the cookies to persist longer, but I haven't looked in to the security of these hacks yet. This definitely irritates me as much as it irritates you, so rest assured I'm looking in to it.

Best, Jerry

All,

A quick update: After updating the DotNetNuke build and extending the cookie expiration to two weeks, the Web site will now remember your login for two weeks before prompting you for a user name or password again. Let me know if this isn't the case.

Best, Jerry
