my apologies if posted in the wrong forum, but i couldn't find the appropiate place were to post this in. if have the following question: i want to deploy office 2007 enterprice. now i have made several MSP's with specific products added. for example, i have the MSP "WEPP" this has the products Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher enabled. it also puts a shortcut on the desktop for each user. now can i specifie the msp in the commandline with the /adminfile file.MSP . but with the adminfile command i always get the "select product to install" screen. now have i read on several forums that you can overcome this by using the config.xml file. sure it does, but then i can't choose which product i wanted to be installed. also i tried the /adminfile file.msp /config path\config.xml. but also this doesn't help. i haven't tried /config path\config.xml /adminfile file.msp yet. but is there a way to suppress the "select product to install" screen, but have the possibility to specify which products i want to install, like in an MSP? Or is it possible to combine config.xml and /adminfile in one commandline? Or to specify in the config.xml which product (word, excel etc.) to be installed, and put a shortcut on the desktop for each user? thanks in advance |
