I have MDT 2008 installed and so far everything seems to be working fine.

 

Except when I try to update the components, I get an error.

 

I am going through a Proxy, all settings are setup in IE 7.

 

I can surf the internet with no problems.

 

When I click update in MDT 2008, I get the following error:

 

 

An unexpected error occurred during the wizard processing.

 An unexpected error occurred downloading the manifest file from the internet.

 

When I click "Show the error details" I get the following:

try running the command proxycfg -u http://support.microsoft.com/kb/289481
